SS11036
Reisser Cutter Wood screws represent the latest generation of technological excellence. They are uniquely designed to give ultimate performance and a perfect finish in all wood applications. The two patented slots (25mm and above) allow the screw to work closer to the edge without splitting, and the ribs and tucks under the head enable the screw to sit flush and tight without surface damage. The 20º needle point gives the ability to penetrate almost all timbers without a pilot hole and the sharp, wide deep thread with unique Reisser lubrication gives up to 40% less driving resistance and easy penetration.

• Thread Form: Full Thread
• Yellow tropicalised finish - Superior rust resistance compared to a standard BZP screw
• Reinforced collar prevents snapping and gives depth for a wide, deep Pozi to be inserted, therefore reducing the risk of 'cam-out'
• Ribs and tucks perform a self countersink operation
• Two patented slots prevent splitting close to the edge, and remove the need for a pilot hole in most timbers
• Needle point for immediate start
• Single, wide, deep, lubricated thread for lower driving resistance and fast

SS05009
The Decking Screw is a coarse single thread screw developed specifically for fixing decking and is hardened and specialist Green treated and compatible with a countersunk pozi. This screw is designed for decking but also ideal for other exterior timber and fencing uses and the Pozidrive compatible head enables higher torque levels with a reduced risk of cam out while the extremely coarse thread provides increased holding power in all types of decking timber. This screw is specifically designed to accommodate wood’s natural tendency to expand and contract and is hardened and green treated for maximum durability in the face of the elements.
SS09068
The Chipboard Countersunk Screws are single thread multi-purpose woodscrews in a Zinc yellow passivated finish with a countersunk pozidrive compatible recessed head. These are highly versatile and immensely popular single thread screws and are perfect for a whole host of fixing needs. These screws are ideal for fixing into a range of substrates including softwoods, hardwoods, chipboards and fibreboards and have a quicker and easier insertion thanks to an extra deep insert bit recess, which enables a firmer positive drive. The single thread and special wax coating increases speed and ease of insertion and the single thread design also provides increased holding power particularly when used with particle boards like MDF. These screws offer more corrosion resistance than zinc plated products thanks to additional passivation process and are suitable for numerous ironmongery, joinery, electrical and plumbing applications.

The Black Drywall Screws are a coarse thread specialist screw with a countersunk Phillips drive Bugle head in a black phosphate finish. These screws are used for fitting plasterboard, fibreboard and other types of insulation boards to wood or steel studding. The screws are made from fully hardened C1022 steel and have an extra deep insert bit recess that offers a firmer positive drive and an extremely sharp piercing point. The thread gives speedy insertion and improved holding power while the bugle head allows the screw to sink effortlessly into the dry lining without the need for countersinking and also minimises damage to the surface enabling a smoother surface finish. These screws are predominantly used when fitting plasterboard to timber stud work.
SS05103
The Decking Screw is a coarse single thread screw developed specifically for fixing decking and is hardened and specialist Green treated and compatible with a countersunk pozi. This screw is designed for decking but also ideal for other exterior timber and fencing uses and the Pozidrive compatible head enables higher torque levels with a reduced risk of cam out while the extremely coarse thread provides increased holding power in all types of decking timber. This screw is specifically designed to accommodate wood’s natural tendency to expand and contract and is hardened and green treated for maximum durability in the face of the elements.
SS05116
The Timber Fixing Screws are professional, high performance timber screws for fixing into softwood or hardwood with a combination hexagonal head with deep Torx compatible insert that ensures reduced cam-out. The super sharp tip gives an immediate bite from the first turn and the patented self-drilling thread removes the need to-pre-drill timber and reduces the probability of splitting. The hardened case and core give exceptional strength and are protected by Elementech 2000 surface treatment which provides corrosion resistance up to twice as long as standard timber screws. These screws have an impressive pull out value meaning there is less risk of working loose in substrates that flex in use and these screws are able to flex to 35º reducing likelihood of screw shearing while being CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction.
