Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery across North Wales and our big blue trucks are on the road six days a week. We do not currently have an online shop but you can buy in your local branch or give them a call to place an order over the phone. 

Delivery Times

We offer delivery of in stock products to your site from your local branch within three working days. If you urgently need your order, call your local branch for up-to-date information on the delivery schedule - if we can fit you in sooner, we will. We recommend that you ensure you have your materials on site before getting trades in to carry out work.

Access

If you have a narrow access, low weight limits or other factors that might make it difficult for our delivery trucks to get to you, please let us know at the time of placing your order. Goods are offloaded at the nearest flat surface drive or kerbside – our drivers are not responsible for getting your goods into your property.

Returns

If you notice that a product delivered by C.L. Jones is faulty or damaged on arrival, let the driver know. If you can only see that the item is damaged or faulty after the driver has left, please contact your local branch and we will arrange to collect the items. We reserve the right to carefully examine all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
